This Multi-Level Marketing Platform, wished to launch an e-commerce platform to enable the sale of their product to the their target audience.
Their plan, to produce a platform capable of calculating and releasing commission to the respective consultants whilst managing subscription and the capability to handle bundled and promotional products.
During development, the team utilised branching strategies, test cases and a continuous integration pipeline for the developing platform in order to minimise errors and ensuring the capability for international expansion.
The team wanted to maximise the system’s efficiency by managing both the CMS and product utilising SAP Hybris and MuleSoft as a middleware to connect to external services.
The expansion potential was constantly considered throughout the project, ensuring regular technical sessions and encouraging automation and reusability whilst closely adhering the solution to Hybris OOTB.
The platform was completely reinvented using Hybris, producing a CMS, product and email management system that can be managed with ease.
Following Java, Spring and Hybris standards has allowed the system to support multiple functionalities such as order related services, payment services, commission services, analytics and call monitoring solutions.
Using EHCache, the website was transformed into a high performing website with the ability to accommodate over 10 000 subscription orders per day.

Their aim, to launch a user friendly multi-level marketing commerce solution that enables seamless integration of both mobile and desktop application.
Upon starting to plan the scope of the project, the team utilised wireframes, branching strategies, sitemaps and a continuous integration pipeline for the developing platform in order to get a clear and concurrent vision of the website’s final form.
Along this process the team consistently guaranteed both the coding and speed of individual pages were either meeting or exceeding industry standards.

This large multi level marketing site was unable to keep up with the large influx of concurrent users, leading to lengthy loading times and an inability to handle a wide variety of devices.
Their goal - to completely transform their current site into a high performance e-commerce B2C digital platform powered by Hybris.
They demanded seamless integration of external supportive agencies and a platform capable of handling over 100 000 orders per hour, without compromising on quality.
The team were able to implement performance enhancing actives that allowed the system to deal with over 100 000 orders placed and 20 000 concurrent user within an hour.
Not only did they completely reimagine the backend system, they were able to produce a fully responsive commerce experience that allowed customers to place bulk orders along multiple channels and full control of the e-commerce functionalities.
The results were exactly as planned, with the company successfully accommodating 28 000 concurrent users and achieving 15% increase of its sales, online, during a promotional event.
The current shopping experience lacked an updated system, with both front and backend facing technical challenges customising Hybris functionalities.
For improving the system, the team implemented SAP Hybris in the CMS Management whilst also integrating it into the UI.
Their aim was a full reboot, creating a responsive, user-friendly shopping experience by customising Hybris technology to provide state of the art functionalities for the platform.
The team therefore completely redeveloped the system, providing the best UX designs on the competitive market whilst also ensuring consumer data was captured through the use of Google Analytics to improve future sales and marketing strategies.
They also ensured the system was both responsive and instantaneous, by utilising JS & CSS framework and ensuring maximum efficiency of the front end code.
Through the successful implementation of this build, the team were able to successfully integrate multiple e-commerce functionalities to drastically improve the user experience.
This included, quick view and buy features coupled with review sections to help users judge products and the use of google analytics to assess user data to provide an appropriate shopping experience whilst keeping the data confidential.

A leading postal service, wished to develop an e-commerce marketplace for their customers through integration of both new and legacy postal system allowing the platform to increase digital transactions and online sales.
These issues arose from a system in need of modernising, from weighing to sorting machines to CRM and ERP systems in need of integration.
The team were able to provide a cross-platform responsive e-commerce experience, through the use of both marketplace and B2C Hybris accelerators to implement vendor and end user facing functionality.
Through identification of the functionalities, the team were able to map customisations to ensure unique functionalities were implemented for different operations.
As a result, the solution has now been widely accepted throughout the industry - increasing the company’s revenue by an additional 20% in the first quarter after implementation.
The platform now hosts around 15 000 concurrent B2C customers and around 5 000 as vendors, with satisfied results across the board.

Our team were able to completely reinvent their portal adding an easy to use sales force automation tool. With stores located in London, Los Angeles and New York - Temperley wished to create a user experience that truly reflected the distinct styles and aesthetic of these individual stores whilst providing a true omni-channel shopping experience with seamless integration of an update ecommerce functionality.
